Patrick Norton is a senior communications and government affairs executive with extensive leadership experience in healthcare and public policy, particularly within academic medicine and the biopharmaceutical industry.
He served as a senior leader at Penn Medicine, partnering closely with executive leadership, the CEO, and the Board of Trustees. As Vice President of Public Affairs and Board Secretary, he led enterprise-wide strategy across communications, government affairs, and policy—aligning institutional priorities within complex federal and multi-state regulatory environments.
